Electronic Signature Consent & Disclosures

By submitting a loan application through New City Financial's website or platforms, you consent to the use of electronic signatures and the receipt of documents, disclosures, and notices in electronic form.

Electronic Documents

You agree that all loan documents, disclosures, promissory notes, closing statements, and other loan-related documents may be provided to you in electronic form. You have the right to request paper copies of any electronic documents.

Electronic Signatures

You agree that any electronic signature you provide on loan documents, including but not limited to digital signatures, password-protected confirmations, or other electronic means, shall have the same legal effect as your handwritten signature.

System Requirements

To participate in our electronic signature and document delivery program, you should have:

• A device capable of accessing electronic documents (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
• A current version of an internet browser
• An email address to receive electronic documents and notices
• The ability to download and view PDF documents

Record Retention

You agree to retain copies of all electronic documents for your records. New City Financial will retain copies of all signed documents in our systems in compliance with applicable regulations and laws.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents and signatures at any time by contacting us in writing. However, withdrawal of consent may delay or prevent us from processing your loan application.
