By accessing the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1 Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else. New City Financial provides commercial real estate financing services — including DSCR loans, commercial refinancing, bridge loans, hard money, fix-and-flip, construction financing, and multifamily and apartment loans — for investment and non-owner-occupied properties. Our services are directed to real estate investors and business entities, not to consumers seeking financing for an owner-occupied primary residence.
3 No commitment or advice
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or otherwise contacting us does not create a loan commitment, a rate lock, or any obligation by either party. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of approval, terms, pricing, or funding.
All financing is subject to underwriting, property and borrower qualification, and final approval. Rates, terms, programs, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice and may vary by transaction, property type, and jurisdiction. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before making decisions.
4 Your submissions
When you submit information through the Site, you represent that it is accurate, that you have the authority to provide it, and that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
